How thick are the glass panels? |
Frameless panels are 12mm thick, Semi frameless are either 8mm or 10mm depending on length. Each size is engineered as part of the system. |
How thick is the glass on the gates? |
All the gate panels are 8mm thick to keep the weight down. |

Yes our glass is manufactured to suit the stringent Australian standards and certified as such. |

| What standard panel widths are available? |

Generally speaking, in 100mm increments from 900mm to 1500mm for Frameless and 900mm to 2000mm for semi frameless. We are now carrying some 50mm increments thus reducing the need for special panels even more than before. |
| Are custom widths possible? |

Custom widths and shapes are sometimes necessary but usually quite expensive. It does pay to talk to us beforehand for advice on how to avoid special panels. |
| What are the posts made of? |
Semi frameless posts are extruded aluminium, the frameless spigots are solid 316 stainless steel. |
| Are the posts treated to prevent corrosion? |
The aluminium posts are powder coated to prevent corrosion. |

What colours are available for the aluminium posts? |
Powder coaters stick to basic range of colourbond colours, which vary from time to time. |

Is installation charged at a flat rate or a "per metre" rate? |
There are many ways to install a glass fence, so each job is looked at individually. By far the best way is to core drill into a concrete base; it is also the cheapest method of installation. |

Once installed, what's the minimum height of the fence? |
| We use 1200mm high panels so we are always over the 1200mm min height requirement. We like to standardise on 1250mm, but it depends on the levels on each job. |

Can I get a glass fence if my ground isn't level? |
| Yes you can, but see above regarding special panels. We do have a few tricks to keep costs down, but sometimes there is no getting away from specials. |

My block has terracing and retaining walls, is it possible to install a glass fence here? |
Usually, but much is dependent on the type of walls and their construction. Again individual jobs need individual advice. |

How long will I have to wait once I place my order for glass pool fencing? |
| Normally we can have your glass pool fence installed within a week of order, in the very busy periods it can blow out to 2-3 weeks. |

Do you install glass balustrades as well? |
